Andre Villas-Boas looks set to become Chelsea’s next manager after tendering his resignation at Porto. The 33-year-old will become the youngest Premier League’s manager, with the Blues understood to have paid €15 million to trigger the release clause in the Portuguese’s contract. Villas-Boas will be the seventh manager to work under Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich since the Russian billionaire took charge of the West London club in 2003. Porto will be reluctant to lose their manager, who guided them to the treble last season, wining the Primeira Liga, Taca de Portugal and the Europa League. Meanwhile, in a move likely to anger his former employees further, Villas-Boas is understood to be lining up a move to bring Porto star players Radamel Falcao and Joao Moutinho to Chelsea with him in a double transfer swoop.
